 Cancellation Policy

If the cancellation is more than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date:

 If you wish to cancel your booking please notify us by phone or email immediately. Cancellation anytime up to eight weeks prior to the agreed arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

If the cancellation is within 8 weeks of the arrival date (and payment has been made in full): We will endeavour to re-let the property for the period booked. If we are able to re-let the property for the period booked then we will return 75 % of all monies paid by you. 25% of the deposit will be forfeited as liquidated damages for the breach of contract. If we are unable to re-let the apartment, then the guest shall be liable for the full cost of the booked rental period.

Damage & Loss

Guests must notify us upon arrival at the Property should they find any existing damage or cleanliness issues. We will ask the housekeepers to attend to any issues that can be immediately addressed, and otherwise will note the issues so that the guest will not be held liable.

Liability

The guest acknowledges that the owners are not liable for any sickness, injury, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by, or arising out of, the occupancy of the Old Mission House. The guest also agrees that the owners are not liable for any damage to personal property or persons occupying the Old Mission House caused by weather conditions, exceptional or otherwise.

Housekeeping /Damage Deposit

A housekeeping/damage deposit of £250 will be taken at the time of paying the balance for the Old Mission House. If the Old Mission House is left in a clean and tidy manner and no damage or smoking has occurred, then the deposit shall be returned to the guest by bank transfer within 3 working days of the guest’s departure.

Pets

We allow upto two well-behaved dogs to stay in the house although prior approval must be sought and given. Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to bring a dog/s with you, stating their age and breed. Dogs will incur an additional cleaning fee (per dog) which guests will be informed of at the time of booking. The maximum number of dogs allowed at any one time is two, and must not exceed this number. Dogs must be kept to the ground floor, off all furniture and are never left unattended at the Property (house or garden).

Smoking

The house is strictly no smoking.

GROUP GATHERINGS

No group gatherings are permitted beyond those booked to stay at the property. Parties and events of any kind are strictly prohibited.

occupancy

The reservation is for the number of guests specified at the time of booking - if the number of guests increases for any reason this must be discussed and agreed in advance and additional fees may apply. The maximum number of guests must at no time exceed six.
